Multifamily Housing Council Happy Hour
Please join HBAR’s Multifamily Housing Council for a happy hour featuring Mayor Levar Stoney at Hatch Local Food Hall on Monday, December 12 at 5:00 PM. Celebrate the end of a successful 2022 while enjoying a sampling of unique food and beverages provided by a diverse group of local entrepreneurs. Mayor Stoney will provide a brief update on the housing and economic development projects occurring in the City.
Cost to attend is $25 per person for HBAR members and $35 for non-members.
The Multifamily Housing Council is open to developers, builders, architects, engineers, and land use attorneys.

Hatch Local Food Hall is located at 400 & 414 Hull Street in downtown Manchester.
The Hatch is comprised of two buildings connected by The Current courtyard.
Parking is available in the garage on 4 East 5th Street, between Hull Street and Decatur Street. Please remember to bring your parking ticket into the event venue. Validation is available via the venues bartenders.
