HBAR's Multifamily Housing Council will host a General Assembly update with Andrew Clark, Vice President of Government Affairs, for the Home Builders Association of Virginia. Andrew will discuss legislation from the 2024 General Assembly session that impacts the Multifamily Housing industry.
