HBAR Associates Council with Brian White

On November 11, the HBAR Associates Council will meet with a key developer from the Multifamily Housing Council – Brian White.
 
Brian White is the President of Main Street Realty, leasing, managing, and maintaining more than two dozen commercial properties, consisting of more than 2,400 housing units and 26 commercial tenants. Main Street Realty employs more than 90 individuals.
 
Brian has also served as the co-manager of Historic Housing since 2002. In his time with Historic Housing, Brian has helped secure financing and investment necessary to develop 359 income restricted housing units and 1,703 market rate units, the vast majority of which are located within the City of Richmond.
