DESCRIPTION:The Henrico Board of Supervisors adopted new Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances in June 2021. The new ordinances became effective September 1\, 2021. Ben Blankenship\, Henrico's Zoning Division Manager\, will review the major changes to the ordinances and highlight impacts to the development community.  The presentation will be held on Thursday\, October 7 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM by video conference.  There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the presentation.
