DESCRIPTION:Henrico County's Department of Public Works recently issued a new Design Manual and the Board of Supervisors adopted a new Floodplain Ordinance. Both items became effective on September 1\, 2021.  Kristen Owen\, Floodplain & Dam Safety Manager\, and Rick Schwartz\, Engineering Design Division Director\, will provide an overview of the updates to the Design Manual and Floodplain Ordinance.  The presentation will be held on Thursday\, October 21 from 1-3 PM by video conference.  There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the presentation. If you would like to participate\, please RSVP by October 19 to Elizabeth Greenfield at egreenfield@hbar.org.
